Rates
$150 for the initial session and $130 per 50 minute session after that.
Insurance
Although we are happy to file a claim with your health insurance provider on your behalf, please remember, all fees are your responsibility.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Remember, health insurance is a contract between you and your carrier and not a contract between us and your carrier. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Medicare and Medicaid
Unfortunately, we are not Medicare or Medicaid providers at this time, therefore we can not bill Medicare or Medicare supplemental insurance. Federal legislation has recently been passed and is now law. Once the rules are published we will apply to become providers.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
